BRONDE AND PREMIUM BLONDE ARE THE SAME THING
"A perfect hybrid of blonde and brown, bronde is the newest -- and most natural -- look for dark-haired beauties who want to share in the sun-kissed summer fun, and look a few years younger while they're at it." "For Wood, the key to the whole premium blonde concept is that blonde is not just one colour. It can be fair, like Bailey, or tawny, like Jemima Khan, who has been tweeting his praises since Wood joined Twitter this week" He has a particular horror of the sort of expensive yet obvious over-blonding that you see a lot of in Knightsbridge and a tendency to regard his clients' hair as an ever-evolving couture project that changes - just a bit - with the seasons. This season's premium blonde, his latest trick, involves the modernising of the halo effect, an old-fashioned highlighting trick from the 1940s." In other words both hair colours/colors are a blonde/brunette hybrid with high-lights and low-lights that unlike streaks are not simply lines but mixes and chunks that blend in a way that should look natural/beachy.
Bronde and Premium Blonde are the same thing
Yes, because... The descriptions are pretty similar
[1] Here all the photographs featuring premium blonde' hair reveal visible mixes of blonde and brunette hair, which essentially is what bronde hair is. The idea behind the concept seems to be to make look 'naturally done' meaning that it is understood stood that no one has hair that is both brunette and blonde but the mix is done playing at the fact that all hair has several tones and playing up those tones looks more natural than say, dyeing all your hair a particular shade of red or blonde or Brunette.
Premium blonde is for people who are already blonde or want to don blonde that looks classy not bleached at home. Whereas "bronde" is currently mainly for brunettes who want a younger, free-spirited, highlighted look.

Bronde and Premium Blonde are the same thing
Yes, because... Rebuttal of "Premium blonde is definitely more expensive"
Premium blonde is blonde not bronde, it does not pretend not to be blonde it is not brunette merging into blonde, it is pure blonde. Premium blonde means the mixing and merging of different shades of blonde (Strawberry, copper and so on) to make a fun, natural-looking and classy blonde. Bronde is another colour/clor altogether it is not a mix of dark blondes with light blondes, it is a mix of dark hair with light hair. The result is neither brown/black nor blonde/platinum/copper etc.

Bronde and Premium Blonde are the same thing
No, because... Premium Blonde is definitely more expensive
Premium blonde is a high-maintenance look done by a handful of stylists for a handful of celebs. Not everyone will look normal with a premium blonde do such as the one Daphne Guinness is wearing in the photograph here.[1] Bronde on the other hand is much more accessible, subtle and the Bronde statement is supposed to communicate an easy-going, casual California beach beauty look not a high-fashion elite premium blonde London-NewYork look.
"But this summer, it's the other way around; rather than blondes trying to save cash, the bronde trend is now being driven by brunettes in search of a flattering summer shade that can shave years off your look. Gisele Bundchen is the quintessential bronde. Photo: Getty Images "Women are always asking me, 'What makes me look younger?'", celebrity colorist and "Sheer Genius" judge, Kim Vo told StyleList. Blonde hair dye mixed with a flattering tint of brown gives brunettes what he thinks is the most versatile color, regardless of age. Because Vo says women have become "blonderexic" -- a Vo-ism that describes someone who has too much blonde for their own good -- he says this warmer hue works better with our darker, natural coloring"[2]
Bronde and Premium Blonde are the same thing
No, because... Premium blond unlike bronde, is not a a colour but an alcoholic beverage
It is a hair color/colour and a name for a kind of beer. In this particular article[1] it does mean bronde. "It's a hair colour so good that you hardly notice it. Or at least, you certainly notice it, but only in a good way. You think, damn her, is she just lucky or has perfect genes?" Basically, it is a not-blonde blonde or more eloquently a "bronde". And the general process of getting the color is the same. Mixing several shades of light and dark hair colourant/colorant and sweping.painting it into hair in stylish, fanciful and creative ways that produce a subtle natural look.
[1] Premium Blonde is a kind of beer, bronde is not.[2] -"The golden character and unique smoothness of this fine lager is a miracle in itself. It stems from a subtle blend of premium barley and pale wheat malts, triple filtered for purity. This malt balance is matched with delicate hop aromas that together create a smooth, clean, crisp finish"[3]

Jessica Beil's bronde hair is as classy as it comes[1], as is Gisele Bundchen's. They say beachy and casual but they mean classy and done", Daphne Guinness's hair is an extreme 'bronde' and premium blonde is just another perhaps more expensive 'name' for bronde.[2][3]
